7.0Instalaciones limpias y muy bien diseñadas, el servicio del personal fue excelente! Cama dura como piedra no dejo descansar aparte otros huespedes estuvieron haciendo ruido en el area de alberca hasta casi 2:00am hasta que ha lamps para pedir que los mandaran a sus habitaciones
− Cama y reglas claras are el uso de las areas comunes y horas límite para poder utilizarlas para que los demas huespedes puedan descansar

Staying at Villa Sophia was comfortable, affordable, and gives us a reason to come back to the area.
8.0We really liked this hotel- great value, nice location, straight forward, and relaxing. I liked that employees greeted you right away and took you to your room. They explained everything and it was all simple/easy. The rooms aren’t luxurious, but they were comfortable and what we needed for a parent only weekend getaway. We would stay here again and can imagine doing a big family trip here.
− The main disadvantage is that there is no food onsite. You have to go to nearby restaurants, which isn’t bad really, but I enjoy the convenience of a hotel having a restaurant or at least cafe. I also would have liked extra towels in the room.
