9.0Staff service by Mr Patrick & all facilities provided were great... I'm satisfied with the instructions to collect the key, check in until check out... Worth for money... Suitable for family stay as well... Room with balcony, tv, wifi, YouTube, aircond, fans, fridge, extra towels, extra mattresses, extra pillows, extra blankets, iron, complete utensils for cook & etc... Swimming pool also provided... Will come back & stay again here in the future, Inn Shaa Allah... Thank you 🤗👍🏻
− Nothing... But if optional suggestion to improve only to provide extra rubbish plastic especially for those who stay more than 1 day in order to maintain cleanliness & avoid odors from leftover foods... Otherwise perfect 😉

5.0Host was attentive and helpful during the check in process. Location is convenient and most basic necessities were provided. Private parking is also provided which is nice. Very cozy room with a nice view of the hill
− Water heater was not working and despite sending a message to the host about it, only received a response of apology a day later after we checked out -- we had to shower in freezing cold water. There was also a used nasal inhaler found under the blanket, which leads me to believe the beds were not properly checked and cleaned.

4.0− Moldy smelt. Towels already wear off. Had to wipe all the furniture with wet towel before use.
