De bedden waren prima.

− 1 badkamer was niet beschikbaar, terwijl er op het boeken van dit verblijf 2 badkamers stonden. De eerste dag hadden we koud water en zijn ze het in de avond wel komen oplossen.

− Geen warm water! Probleem pas opgelost na anderhalf uur. Vuile, vieze afwasmachine en haarresten in de diepvries. Nog vieze eetborden in de keukenkast. Eettafel onstabiel en slechts twee stoelen beschikbaar. Geen wasmachine, hoewel dit wel op de website vermeld staat. Halve slecht opgehangen gordijn in de voorste slaapkamer. Slaapkamer onvoldoende verlicht. Geen nachtlampjes die werken. Vieze vloermat in de living, niet gestofzuigd. Vieze, slecht werkende waterkoker. Onveilig stopcontact in de keuken. Geen stopcontact in de badkamer. Wij komen hier nooit meer terug.

Die Lage. Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist sehr gut.

− Kein warmes Wasser im der Küche und in Bad 1. Bad 2 hatte warmes Wasser, aber der Abfluss war blockiert. Alle Fehler scheinen dem Host bekannt, da dies auch in älteren Kommentaren erwähnt ist. Sehr kritisch war der Backofen mit einem total verfettetem Backblech. Warum schaut sich der Gastgeber das nicht an?.

− En la habitación principal, un gran ventanal, pero ausente de cortina o persiana, por lo que había poca intimidad y entraba muchísima claridad muy temprano.

− My experience in this apartment was extremely disappointing and honestly unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, the apartment was clearly not clean. There were spider webs on the walls, small hairs on the bed sheets, stained duvets inside the closet, and even stains on the mattress under the sheets. When we sat on the sofa, our clothes got covered in dust. There were also serious issues with privacy. The apartment had no proper curtains, meaning people from nearby buildings could see inside. In the bedroom we wanted to use, half of the curtain was poorly installed and the other half was left in the closet. We had to improvise and hang it ourselves just to have some basic privacy, especially since the window was facing a main road. Since it was Sunday, no one came to clean, so we had to borrow sheets from our relatives just to be able to sleep with some peace of mind. The next day, someone came, but the only thing they did was change the sheet on one bed. The duvets and pillows were the same ones we had left on the floor to be replaced. The second bedroom was not cleaned at all, the sheets were still dirty with hairs, and the spider webs were still there. Communication was very poor. We tried to call you, even with the help of German-speaking friends, but you refused and insisted on messages only. This made everything more difficult, especially since your English was not clear, and we could not properly explain the issues. We informed them from the first day and sent multiple messages, but they were seen and ignored. No one checked back with us during the 5 nights to see if anything was resolved. We stayed for 5 nights and had to use borrowed sheets and towels from family, which is completely unacceptable considering we paid a 55€ cleaning fee. The apartment was never properly cleaned during our stay, not even once. We only needed this place for basic things like sleeping and showering, and even those minimum standards were not met.
