Le quartier mignon de Richmond et Putney, la cuisine complète, la présence de draps et serviettes, pas besoin d'acheter du thé ou de la lessive.

− 1h pour aller dans le centre de Londres, le bruit des voisins, le bruit des avions, le matelas incroyablement inconfortable, le canapé inconfortable, la salle d'eau qui ne ferme pas, la chasse d'eau qui met de l'eau partout, l'absence de communication en amont de la propriétaire, le manque d'attention aux détails (étagères de travers, joints du lavabo visibles et jaunes...), fenêtres qui ne ferment pas ou cassées.

Just worked for us because we were out all day, so time in flat minimal.

Location was fine for our purposes. Kitchen well equipped. Wifi fine. Tv fine. Bedding and towels fine.

− The showerhead was hanging off the wall. The bathoom door didn't close. No pressure in bathroom basin. Need a porch light so easier to use lock box. Approaching the flat is a negative: garden untended, covers off meter boxes, hallway littered with post, poorly lit, stair carpet needs attention. Mattress was far too soft (for us) and sofa hard and lumpy.

La casa tenía el encanto de las típicas casas inglesas en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo. Desde la casa pudimos ver hasta una ardilla. El apartamento tenía todo tipo de electrodomésticos y la ducha funcionaba fenomenal, el agua salía a una temperatura estupenda. Muy recomendable

Check-in: Schlüssel in versperrter Box hinterlegt. Kein Kontakt mit Vermieter. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Ausziehbare Coach in Küche/Wohnzimmer, Dusche, Zimmer mit ca 1,40 /1,50 m Doppelbett, Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (alles, das man braucht war vorhanden; nur 1 Müllsack wäre hilfreich gewesen)

− Etwas sauberer hätte es sein können: zB Toaster war noch mit Brösel, Fenster etwas schmutzig; Klospülung ist etwas zu stark, sodass Wasser über Klobrille spritzt, aber sonst in Ordnung An manchen Tagen starker Flugverkehr

It had everything you need to have in a flat. Comfortable and in a nice green area.

− The traveling to the centre of London with bus and underground can be costly and time taking

Location was excellent and cleaning lady we met was lovely and helpful

− Very neglected. Front garden to the property is a disgrace, front door inside is covered in cobwebs, walls on stairwell very grubby as is the carpet. Walls in bedroom scuffed and need a good wash. Mattress is sooo soft it felt like a bath sponge although admittedly I slept relatively well. It wasn’t equipped for the heat - the fan provided was pretty pathetic. I don’t think the owner has been there to do a quality check in years. Shower drain cover floats around in the shower, draining of shower not great as I feared it would flood - basically it needs some TLC - a great little spot but very neglected - and the screaming kids next door were next level annoying
