− Paying locksmith $275 to let us in. Cause there is no lockbox key onsite the second night staying.

1.0Water pressure sucked , no oven. No dishwasher bugs everywhere
It was very disappointing. Situation made worse due to owner.
3.0Not much. Very dated furniture. Handle fell off of shower. Oven & dishwasher not working (had signs on them DO NOT USE) Spoke with owner about shower handle (we were able to put it back on, but it needed to be fixed) he said he couldn’t get anyone due to holiday (it was the day after Thanksgiving) He offered a “partial refund”. This was before we discovered the kitchen issues. Tried to discuss situation with him. Ultimately had to contact Booking. com for assistance. I would not recommend this property to anyone nor to work with Jason.

3.0There was no breakfast.
− The dishwasher didn't work, the oven didn't work. The water pressure was awful! The rug at the front door was all curled up & very dangerous. We removed it during our stay. The entrance to the house had broken pieces of rock.....very dangerous. Barley any silverware. The couch was GLUED together in places. We had ONE roll of toilet paper for 3 Senior Citizen females for the weekend! The drawers were very filthy and full of JUNK! There were no functional lights at the back door entrance to the house..... very dangerous! Not near enough plug ins for cell phone charges etc. We could barley get 2 vehicles in the driveway because there was a car there that had a for sale sign in the window of the car. We were VERY, VERY disappointed! We will NEVER EVER stay there again nor recommend it to ANYONE! The cabinets were disgusting! FIRE YOUR HOUSEKEEPERS! That house needs MAJOR updating and MAJOR cleaning! We will be staying elsewhere on our next trip.

− The couch was completely falling apart. A cockroach came into the shower with my husband. We may have seen a big bed as well.
