Islandia jest piękna i na pewno tam zwrócę ale nie do tego apartamentu - zdecydowanie nie polecam!
2.0Lokalizacja i wielkość apartamentu, idealny dla dwóch rodzin
− Apartament był atrakcyjny ale 10 lat temu, teraz niszczeje bo nie jest wogóle modernizowany. Okna nieszczelne - co zimą jest bardzo odczuwalne :/ zniszczone niektóre sofy, płyta grzewcza, uszkodzone ogrzewanie w apartamencie powodowało, że marzliśmy doszło też do przeziębienia 3 osób e tym dzieci, mimo naszych codziennych próśb o osobistych interwencji w czujniki nikt nam nie pomógł a sprzęt znajdujący się w obiekcie nie działał. Wizytówką apartamentu Sauna- nigdy nie była używana- zrobiona chyba tylko jedynie do zdjęcia żeby dodać atrakcyjności apartamentowi … nie dość, że nie działała to jeszcze miała pękniętą szybę stanowiącą ściankę działową. W pokojach było zimno a na ścianach jednego z nich znajdował się grzyb i wilgoć. Płyta kuchenna była pęknięta - działała jednak nie mieliśmy pewności jak długo… Najgorsze w tym wszystkim jednak jest brak pomocy ze strony obsługi obiektu, kiedy o nią prosiliśmy odpisywała nam chyba sztuczna inteligencja. Czuliśmy się zostawieni bez żadnego wsparcia z problemem nie działającego ogrzewania

6.0The house has lots of space, easy access by car. Sauna is also nice. Equipped kitchen and relatively comfortable beds.
− The house is not properly maintained. Furniture is worn down, not all lights are working, showers are in bad shape,… It looks abandoned from the outside, because of neglected front, garden, paint peeling of the windows… Photos do not match the reality. It was luxury years ago, now it is only sad to see it neglected.
This was probably luxury accommodation many years ago, but no longer is. It is not worth the price.
6.0The house was spacious with a nice living area, comfortable sofas and beds. Furnishings were modern and elegant. Dishwasher and washing machine worked well. WiFi was fast and reliable
− The house was not maintained and looked abandoned from the outside. One shower did not work (no water) there was water damage on internal walls with peeling plaster, damaged stove and blinds, no working lights in the main bathroom which was always dark. We could not get the TV to work. Coffee machine did not work, no replacement was offered. We contacted the agency a few times, they promised to address our complaints but never turned up
