Great house, good for families or friend get togethers
9.0Having the pool was the highlight of the house. Plenty of space in the house. Nice to have a garage for the rental car. Quiet, lovely neighborhood close to beaches on Boca Grande, as well as shopping
− The kitchen started out not very well equipped, but the owner was absolutely lovely and provided baking pans, and air fryer, etc. I did have to shop at Dollar general for a few items that I left there, but that was hardly much of an inconvenience
Wonderful place for families who enjoy being together and want comfort and cleanliness.
9.0The house was immaculate. Plenty of room for family to hang out and have meals together. We spent Christmas week there and it was so amazing. Would definitely rent again. Owner very responsive and even went the extra mile to get us a grill so we could grill by the pool. Rotonda seems to be a newer community with very nice houses. Felt very safe and it was close to everything. House has very large fridge in house and another one in the garage and a chest freezer so plenty of room for food! Nice large dining room table plus a bar with 4 stools.
− Pool wasn’t heating properly the first few days but the owner was very responsive and got it fixed right away. For those who like to cook meals at home you would need to bring a few things like crock pot, measuring cups and spoons, cookie sheets, mixing bowls. Otherwise the house was well equipped.
