8.0Minimal interaction with owners (key was in lockbox on arrival). Location was good, very close to 2x shops. WiFi was amazing, beds were soft but extremely comfortable.
− The bathroom needs some work done (cracked tiles, mould around the bath). Water pressure wasn’t great. Could also have been a little cosier. There was limited furnishings, particularly in the living room, that wasn’t particularly comfortable.

− Bathroom needs a complete overhaul . Cracked toilet seat, cracked tiles on the floor, shower curtain rod hanging by a thread, no toilet paper holder. Bath had a hole punched in the side. Mould in shower. Kitchen cupboards were sticky. The air fryer had not been cleaned, neither had the toaster. The lights in most rooms were just bare bulbs. The heater in the lounge became hot to touch but seemed to have no way of transferring the heat to the room.
