NOT Open and no notification
4.0I did not stay because the place was closed for renovation. I was not informed of this after booking. I wish they had let me know.
− My only complaint is that the place had been closed for renovation and I arrived tired and hungry, only to find out I couldn’t stay there. Tried the number on the reservation but no response Good thing I decided to send a message and did get a reply telling me they are closed until May 30.
I enjoyed staying there for the 3 days

8.0Great location within short walking distance to Victoria mall. Fan in room, mosquito nets, and great included breakfast.
− Couldn’t open window in dorm room, so was a bit stuffy. Shower water made the whole bathroom wet.

8.0The hospitality was very good and the staff was nice! I was even allowed to stay longer in the hotel and keep my lugage there before heading to the airport later that day. The hotel also hosts amazing art and they can tell you a lot about it.
