Smelly room

Large room with kitchen and large shower. Comfortable bed.

− As soon as we walked into the room, it stunk of dampness, could have been the drains. It felt like no-one has stayed in the room for awhile. The bedside lamp was broken, with sharp glass exposed (we had to remove and give to reception). One of the mugs was cracked so got them to replace and give us a second mug, there was no kettle but they gave us one the next day. The kitchen had run out of gas, they did replace straight away. Could have done with a good clean, especially the floors. The stairway was filthy and had dead cockroaches. We caught the lift instead. There was no lighting on the stairway and in entrance to our room. We stayed 4 nights. Wouldn't stay there again. Wish we had stayed in a different location, near Bassac Street
