Very clean, comfortable beds and good water pressure. Loved having a Nespresso coffee in the morning! The host had the heater on for us, so it was warm and cozy when we arrived in the evening. Very close to Mount Hutt meaning we were one of the first up the mountain!

− It’s a back section with a narrow drive way due to fencing around other properties which made turning our big 4WD around quite difficult especially as we weren’t allowed to use the garage. Recommend driving in backwards up the driveway.

The house is super. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of appliances. It's a very new house and comes with quality furniture. We are very satisfied with the stay.

Absolutely everything. Just perfect and better than advertised. Lots of care and attention to detail - it was the little things above and beyond - heating turned on for our arrival of the mountain, plunger coffee ready to go, under floor heating in the bathrooms, racks for ski gear., Epsom salts for the bath, etc. Very spacious inside and out. Everything in great working order and incredibly clean and tidy. Best air bnb we have had!

We absolutely loved staying here, heaps of space, great for entertaining (we have a big family here), loved sitting on the deck in the sun having my cuppa in the morning looking up at the mountains. Close to town and quiet, slept so well in the comfortable bed. Will book here every winter we come back. Hosts were really good too very easy to deal with.

We come to methven once a year from Australia and this has been our best stay yet. We were able to have the grandparents

Lots of room for a family with comfortable beds, great bathrooms, beautiful and warm. Convenient space to dump our ski gear. Big tv to stream movies on at the end of the day. Space outside for kids to run around and a kitchen with everything you would need for a few days.

− It would be good to have a few more bowls in the kitchen and children’s books.
