Great location and built with passion for the area

− We were going on recommendations from a previous booking by family a few years ago. Was quite shocked the fireplace was not allowed to be used. Admittedly no mention of the fire place was shown on booking.com. It was one of the main reasons for booking at that time of the year.

The views from lounge and bedroom are amazing, fully contained property with all the comforts of home. A close drive to sites and restaurants, we had a wonderful stay!!

It’s very clean. Great location. Great view. Lovely setup for family with kids.

− Hot with no air con in lounge and kitchen. The blind cannot be opened due to broken chain. The leakage of water from shower makes me slipped. I am glad the agent will attend to it straight away. They offer to fix during our stay but we feel it is better after our stay.

Amazing views and great location for exploring freycinet

− Our stay is three little birds was disappointing. Despite the lovely view and location, the property needs a lots of love and maintenance. In particular - not clean and very dusty/hairs on the floor, in particular around furniture and doors/windows - vacuum was broken - both bins are broken - the shower leaks onto the floor every time you shower, so multiple towels were used on the floor to help mop up the mess - no basics provided - empty salt and pepper shakers and empty oil bottle??? - toilet roll holders falling off the wall While not a major issue, the property felt very poorly looked after - peeling paint and very scuffed walls which left it feeling very lacking. I would not recommend staying here and disappointed with our stay.
