9.0Condomínio organizado, bom café da manhã embora o local seja pequeno, piscinas limpas, recepção atenciosa, estacionamento bem sinalizado e com vaga ampla. O apartamento que fiquei era localizado no térreo e o isolamento acústico é ótimo. Não ouvia nada dos apartamentos laterais ou acima. Mesmo as janelas e portas isolavam bastante o som que vinha da quadra poliesportiva.
− Só achei a cama pequena, poderia ser Queen size pelo menos.
