TERRIBLE & AWFUL DONT STAY HERE

− When we walked into the property it was a total mess, there were empty beer cans on the bedside table, the bed looked like it was just used - wasn't made or clean. there were dirty towels all over the bedroom - contacted the property and they just told me they would contact the cleaner as the cleaner had just cleaned it, they said- As you can see from the pictures - it wasn't cleaned. The property didn't give me an option to come back in an hour after they had cleaned it - I had no option other than to find another property. - contact with the property is bad I have tried calling a couple times about a full refund as we were there for less than 10 mins after seeing that, you can’t expect anyone to stay in a property like this. NOT received a full refund or any refund which I think is bad as this was the properties responsibility. - I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND STAYING HERE Paid nearly £700.00 for a week to not stay here!!! Can’t believe they won’t even give me a full refund! DO NOT STAY HERE. OR even reply to my email/ Calls.

The location is perfect. Parking at the back was easy and secure.

− Perchance your cleaning crew forgot to visit this property for a few months. From the excessive signposting downstairs, it appears that previous tenants have abused the facilities and for that you have our sympathy. However, not providing enough towels for your current stay seems a disproportionate response. As does the downstairs bathroom being beyond a visit, with a sticky floor, insect invasion in the shower/tub and a generous sprinkling of someone else's shaved hairs. We were optimistic that the stains in the top bathroom were toothpaste related. My 65 year-old mother tried to make a go of cleaning the oven, but as no one else had bothered, the blinds weren't attached and the glasses all had lipstick or finger smears, I felt it was overly generous on her part. I was excited that Prescott Apartments had responded to my email after asking how our stay currently was, but – alas – there was no human on the other end, merely a series of scheduled emails. Hopefully a human some day does read this, but hope is slender. Safe travels, all!

The apartment is very well furbished and cared. The host was very quick to answer.

− If you're going to take a shower on the upper bathroom, you must let everyone else knows. Because if any faucet is opened on the lower floors, the shower on the upper bathroom stops.
