6.0It was good value for 4 nights. My room was clean but the residents lounge was a bomb site. Dirty washing on a settee. A bit scruffy but as it was o ly somewhere to lay my head ill give in 3 out of 5

10.0A perfect stay in Lewisham! The place was fully equipped and very comfortable — we truly felt at home. The owner/staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially for travellers. The area is peaceful, beautiful, and well-connected with many nearby facilities. Easy access to central London. Affordable and truly worth it!
