Prachtige locatie aan het water, mooi uitgeruste keuken, comfortabel bed, zeer koel tijdens hete dagen.

− Het badlinnen was proper maar er zaten ingewassen vlekken in. Voor deze prijs verwacht je dat dit ook ik orde is. Tip: zet ergens een keerborstel zodat binnengewaaide bladeren terug bijeengekeerd kunnen worden en andere aftrekker aan de douche. Deze krast met metaal over de vloer.

Poor quality and bad value

The location is good for Utrecht. Having stayed in several places in the city, this is by far the poorest in terms of value and marketing itself as something it is clearly not. The place is not well maintained, mould in the lounge, paint peeling on ceiling and floors, holes in the ceilings, poorly cleaned sanitary wear, towels that were crusty and thin with a bad smell, and generally overall poor quality and cheap. I paid 1,160 Euros for 5 nights thinking I was buying quality which this is most definitely NOT! There is no number on the property or name to indicate where it is. It took me 2 hours to find it, eventually being guided in by street pictures by the management company at 6pm at night, eventually found by the location of the tree. They told me they could invest in a number for future guests!!! That is almost laughable? The back door into the bedroom was unlocked I found out, I only checked this by chance to see if I could turn the lights outside off because they are on all night. To just round it off the heating had not been checked either and was not working when I arrived. At 17 degrees it was uncomfortable. The following day I was told the owners had sorted it remotely and it would be warm. I returned at lunchtime to find it was still not working. The owners then came to manually put the heating on to 21, which would have been fine, but towards the end of the stay the weather changed and it went up to 23 which was too hot to sleep well and there was no way for me to change it. I was told the thermostat was broken. The pictures show the real experience, not the marketed one. I have many more pictures but loaded only a selection. I can now understand why one guest had mice, the holes in the ceiling invite vermin to enter.

− Just about everything. I would not recommend this to anyone, there are far better stays in beautiful Utrecht that offer comfort and value for money.

Everything was simply excellent! I was travelling with family for a girls trip away - so central, beautiful apartment and a very helpful host.

− Nothing - I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this place.
