8.0The flat was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The common areas in the building were also kept very well. We also loved the onsite parking - very convenient. I know other reviews have said otherwise, but we found the videos explaining how to use appliances etc very helpful. The staff were also very responsive. It’s a nice touch to provide soap, washing up liquid etc - thank you!
− I’m not sure if we were unlucky, but we had one awful night where the upstairs neighbors screamed and shouted all night until 6am….the sound proofing is generally very poor in the building which is definitely a negative point. However, without us asking, the host refunded this nights fee which was a welcome gesture after a bad nights sleep. This level of customer service is exceptional. We were told we would be on the 7th floor which was quiet but in fact we were on the ground floor directly on to the courtyard which was noisy and lacked privacy.
Excellent flat but better communication needed.

− written information about recovering keys from the lockbox (RED means nope ) should be provided alongside links to videos. Same with the door (how to lock from inside) , stove, etc. I suspect the videos were created for international visitors but a short notice would save a lot of time／frustration for most.
I would return to this property.
8.0Good location with all downtown restaurants, shops and venues within a 15 minute walk. It was clean and comfortable.
− Just to be aware that a king sized bed in the UK can actually be a North American queen sized bed as was the case at this property. Best to check directly with the properties before booking if it’s critical for you.
