The worse ever, stay away. Its a scam

− 1. It started with the pressure and threatining if you dont pay us thru bank we cant promise you have a room, 2 days prior arrival. Even thu we booked thru booking.com 2. We got here at 19:00 took an hour to give us room and they suggested a room second floor by the pool, after the reviews we heard they make partys so we refused to be in that room. And thank God we didnt you have no idea how poud this place is, 7am kids screaming in the pool, 5pm party full volume and teenagers jumping like hundreds. They bring schools to stay at this hotel!! 3. Every day a party starts at the pool area 5pm continued beyond 10pm full volume, people screaming non stop. After they promised bar music untill 9pm only. 4. Breakfast, i had barely something, got food poisoning. So for the other days we bought our breakfast outside. Bottomline, this is not a hotel, this is a party house. If you respect yourself and your family dont come this place. All they care about is making money and more money while the customer can suffer!! And wifi doesnt work at all!! Its a shame for booking.com.to.keep this as a "hotel" in their platform. I reached out to booking more than 1 time. Nobody cares. So be careful people! Worth traveling a few additional minutes from Alona Beach to stay here. Clean, new, not costly.
8.0The room was very clean with nice bedding. Pool side rooms have a relaxing view now the pool and patio. Staff is very accommodating.
− Noise from the pool area after 10 pm. Windows are single pane and we heard every sound at the pool i nto the night.
