7.0Die Wohnung ist top gelegen und prinzipiell gut eingerichtet. Als Familie mit 5 Personen prinzipiell genau richtig.
− Leider kam uns aus dem höher gelegenen Ofen eine Pfanne voll mit altem Fett entgegen,m und der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer ging nicht. Das hatten wir angemerkt, aber es kam garkeine Reaktion von den Vermietern. Nur die vorbereiteten Standardschreiben. Auch gab es Anfangs nur kaltes Wasser und bei dem Anruf, um das Problem zu beheben (es war die Gastherme, die man auf keinen Fall anfassen sollte laut einem vorigen Schreiben) war der Vermieter leider auch am Telefon sehr unfreundlich, dass wir die Notfallnummer angerufen hatten. Im Bad waren auch ganz viele Silberfische.

8.0Le calme pour dormir, le quartier agréable et décontracté, riche en commerces, bars et restaurants. L’appartement est confortable et bien équipé.
− Cela aurait dû être parfait mais la chaudière dysfonctionnait et un volet roulant est à réparer. Mais cela devrait s’arranger. Il manque les notices pour utiliser certains appareils.

9.0Very nice, spacious flat, great appliances, nice bathroom, very quiet. Fantastic, fun neighborhood.
− The one thing that tended to cause a bit of commotion is that one toilet, which is in the bathroom, is not a lot when you are a party of six. But we managed :-). And a second, smaller towel per person would be nice.
