Did the job. Was a good accommodation.

Very disappointing stay – avoid this property
1.0− Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. There was a constant problem with parking — we often had to park very far from the apartment. The area is very hilly, which made it extremely difficult to walk with a small child and a stroller. We encountered a serious issue with insects. There were many bugs in both the kitchen and the bathroom, including cockroaches and other insects. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially when staying with a child. The dishes were dirty, the apartment is clearly outdated, and the towels smelled stale and not fresh. There is no elevator in the building. We rented this apartment with a small child, and having to carry a stroller up and down many stairs was very exhausting and inconvenient. The walls are very thin — we could clearly hear neighbors from the side and from the apartment above. Additionally, the water in two of the swimming pools was cold, which made them unusable. After reporting the insect problem to Booking, we received no response, no interest, and no attempt from the property to resolve the issue. The only reply we eventually received was that they did not agree to a cancellation and did not offer any alternative solution. This behavior is scandalous and completely unprofessional. I strongly advise avoiding this property.
