Sehr schönes Haus - guter Ausgangspunkt für Toskana-Rundfahrt.
9.0Sehr angenehmer Kontakt zur Vermieterin trotz sprachlicher Barrieren. Mit Hilfe ihres Sohnes, der ein wenig englisch sprach, konnte aber alles geklärt werden. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Besonders nett war die Versorgung mit frischen Eiern und Gemüse aus dem heimischen Anbau - danke dafür!!
− Die Zufahrt ist relativ steil und steinig. Die Nähe zur Autostrada ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

9.0Sehr schönes Haus - tolle Gastgeber ( helfen bei allem ). Riesiges abgeschlossenes Grundstück - man ist ganz für sich.
− In die Küchenausstattung ( Geschirr - Pfannen - Töpfe und sonstige normalen Hilfsmittel ) sollte ma 300 - 500 EUR investieren, dann würde die gute Grundlage nochmals erheblich verbessert . Und die Grundreinugung vor Mieterwechsel könnte verbessert werden ( u.a. schmierige Dunstabzugshaube und Pfanne/Töpfe )
