Glück gehabt bei der Wohnungswahl
10.0Die Wohnung ist ein Glücksgriff für Interessierte. Ausstattung, es fehlt an nichts. Willkommenssekt u. Wasser incl. Betten bezogen. Handtücher, Toilettenpapier Seifenspender Lotion bis zu Slipeinlagen. Elektrogeräte komplett und im Neuzustand. Zu erwähnen sei noch die in Gold gehaltene Deko. Sowas macht man sonst nur für das eigene Zuhause. Dann die zentrale Lage. 5 Min. bis zum alten Rathaus und in die Innenstadt. Wer hier nicht bucht, wird es in Emden schwer haben, was Vergleichbares oder Besseres zu finden.
− Auf der Terrasse stören andauernde Lüftergeräusche. Am Eingang fehlt eine Griffhilfe für leicht Gehbehinderte. Auch vom Garderobenbereich in das Wohnzimmer wäre eine Griffhilfe wertvoll. Ansonsten fasst man immer mit den Händen an die Wand. Wie in allen Hotels der Welt fehlt es auch hier an Abstellflächen im Badezimmer. Es ist kein Gemecker sondern gut gemeinte Optimierungsvorschläge.

9.0Sehr schicke und saubere FEWO. Alles da, vielleicht etwas überdekoriert. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.
− Balkon als Ausstattungsmerkmal angegeben, aber nicht vorhanden. Kein Parkplatz. Der empfohlene Parkplatz Glückssache.
Alles in allem eine tollen Wohnung mit super Ausstattung und Lage in Emden.

9.0Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gute Lage zur Innenstadt, trotzdem ruhig. Kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.

− Die Umgebung war nicht so einladend, aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Die Wohnung ist eine wundervolle Oase.
