9.0I had a wonderful stay at this studio apartment in London for two days. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful when I needed assistance. I really enjoyed my time here and felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The location, cleanliness, and excellent customer service made for a great experience. I would definitely recommend this studio apartment to anyone visiting London and would happily stay here again.
Incredibly disappointing.
3.0It was in a good location.
− When I arrived, the room had not been prepared, no towels, no bedding. The bathroom was dirty. The electrics kept flicking off and I was told to reset at the fuse box. I asked for a replacement fan, the one in the apartment was broken and it was stuffy, despite promises, this never arrived. The boiler had been leaking and there was obvious damage to the floor in the surrounding area.
Very disappointing.
4.0Location. Tube station & shops are all very near. The area was nice and quiet
− There was no hot water -nor heating. The bed was extremely noisy & not a great deal comfortable. House keeping arrived 10am sharp - but was stated in the house rules that 11am was the latest check out.
