I can’t say anything other than that this was an absolutely wonderful stay. Space and tranquility everywhere you look. From the terrace you have a truly stunning view. The swimming pool is fantastic as well—refreshing, deep enough, and perfect for cooling off. The villa itself is equipped with everything you could possibly need. A warm shower with great water pressure, comfortable beds with both air conditioning and a fan… I had everything I needed. There’s also a washing machine, a water dispenser, and top-level service. Everything was quick, helpful, and made my time here exceptional. If you want to relax in complete peace while still being just a short distance from the beach, this is the ideal place.

Отличная локация для отдыха, если хотите полностью погрузиться в атмосферу Шри Ланки и отдохнуть в уединении с природой, вам точно сюда, даже не думайте. На любые вопросы или просьбы реагируют быстро и во всем помогают. Очень позитивные, байк арендовали тоже у них по отличной цене и в хорошем состоянии. Если вернёмся на шри-ланка 🇱🇰 обязательно арендуем эту виллу снова.

This villa was our first choice for second half od our 4 weeks stay in Sri Lanka and we could't find better place for our stay! This villa is in the middle of cinnamon fields, has a beautiful view on rice fields. The villa has great kitchen - we'd like to have such spacious kitchen at home! There are 2 bedrooms ( each vith A/C and a fan), spacious bathroom, terrace with large seating area and supergreat and clean pool ( the poolguy is coming 2x a week). Plus, you have your own small zoo here ( the are squirrels, beautiful small birds and peacock ...sometimes looking at you in the window 🙂 Good for 4 people, great for a couple! There are neighbours 100-200 m from the villa, small shops ( fruit, eggs, butter, bread, watter...) are in walking distance, but owners arrange you tuk tuk or car to drive wherever. We really like our stay here and in spite of the fact, that the villa is not close near the sea ( we know that and we enjoy the privacy and the views here) is perfect place to relax and enjoy Sri Lanka. To the end....owners Halyna and her husband Terans are super nice, kind and helpful. They arrange for you everything from the ride to the city, bike for rent, trip and doctor ( like for me 🫣). We definitely want to come back when there'll be a chance! Thank you!
