9.0L' appartamento è molto pulito, arredamento nuovo e letto comodo, siamo stati solo 3 notti per una considerazione più approfondita
− La cucina è ben attrezzata ci sono anche diversi detersivi ma mancano delle spugnette per lavare i piatti e pulire la cucina e uno strofinaccio per asciugare. Una cortesia in più per gli ospiti in inverno potrebbe essere anche una tisana x la sera oltre al the

8.0Modern renovierte Ferienwohnung in Zentrum-Nähe, großzügige Räume und viel Stauraum (großer Kleiderschrank), alles vorhanden, was in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt wird (Putzmittel, Staubsauber, Küchengeräte). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafes in unmitelbarer Nähe, schöner Vorort von Florenz, schattige Terrasse mit Grill, Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle inzwischen vorhanden, Klimaanlage (bei gutem Lüften kann die Wohnung auch ohne Klimagerät angenehm kühl gehalten werden). Im Gesamten eine chice Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße zum Zentrum. Vermieterin ist per Whatsapp gut zu erreichen.
− Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten noch verbessert werden: das Geschirr ist nicht geeignet für die Mikrowelle, auch könnten ein paar Tassen mehr vorhanden sein, das Türschloss klemmt (leider im Sommer keine Handwerker da), keine Fliegengitter (daher evtl. Mücken in der Wohnung), hellhörige Wohnung (Kinder und Hunde der Nachbarn waren gut zu hören - was in Italien nicht unüblich ist).

A fantastic stay!
10.0I had a fantastic one-week stay at this apartment, which turned out to be even bigger than the images suggested! It was well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. While a microwave would be a great addition for such a spacious apartment, it didn't detract from the overall experience. It would be useful to replace the toilet seat and provide hand soap and trash bags for added convenience. Despite these minor points, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended!

10.0Excellent location, close to supermarkets, the city center, and the train station. The house is quite pleasant, clean, and well-equipped. There was a small miscommunication over parking, but we resolved it. Also, they could leave extra towels because we payed for four people and got two sets of towels. Otherwise, everything was amazing.
