− The room was not clean. Bench tops and dishes needed to be cleaned before use. The plastic tablecloth had food residue stuck to it. The rooms are old and in need of a refresh. The rugs on the floor were trip hazards.

8.0Good location. Clean. Comfortable beds. Pretty waterfront view. Well appointed kitchen. An information folder with up-to-date information would be useful.
− Step up from bathroom to bedroom, we all tripped and stubbed our toes repeatedly. Clothes dryer so high on wall (not upside down) so we couldn't reach controls. Privacy buttons on bathrooms didn't work. No extra toilet rolls supplied. No complimentary milk Toilet flush was very loud and the gurgling sounded like it would overflow.
