Staff were very informative and friendly. Everything else met my expectations as was advertised. Great location too, Eldon Square is within walking distance as well as the rest of the high street. Plenty of options for public transport too

− There was a weird smell in the bathroom for the duration of my stay, it wouldn't go away even if I left the door open to air it out. There's also construction going on right outside the building, it wasn't such a big deal because I didn't spend much day time in the apartment but it's something to be aware of

It was in a great location, especially for water needed it for. The room was really clean and supplied with everything you could need for a stay. The staff were very helpful.

− We couldn’t open the window in our room and it was really hot. To the point that we had to leave the room to get some air from an open window in the stairs.

Really good location near the City Centre. It's student accommodation so it's very safe with 24hr reception and a fob to get into every door. You get a whole kitchenette with everything you need for cooking and fridge/freezer. Towels and toiletries supplied. Tea and coffee too. Was very cute to walk into and homely.

− The bed isn't for 2 people. Its a small double, and we are 2 slim girls and we weren’t comfortable sleeping. Anyone remotely bigger simply wouldn't fit into the bed. I'd expect a double bed so each person essentially has 1 bed, not each person has 3/4 of a bed! It said in the description construction work going on in Nov/Dec, but every day at 6am it was extremely loud with building.
