10.0Exactly what i needed, nothing less nothing more!

1.0Property was not as advertised ie no mention of it being a share house and as such it was not suitable for us to stay in. We did not want to share bathroom with another couple. We had to arrange another accomodation at further expense. So angry after driving nine and a half hours to Melbourne. And no refund of our booking fee of $270. Angry enough to keep the check in keys until as promised by the vendor, a refund of our money. Then advised, no refund is possible.
Good sojourn, but honesty and transparency is required.
7.0The bed was large and comfortable; the bathroom was luxurious. The layout is fantastic, to walk through the walk-in wardrobe into the bathroom.
− The host did not warn me that on-street parking was limited to two hours. There was a garage, but the host did not offer garage parking to me. I stayed for one week and had to shift my car four times per day for three days.

Quiet, comfortable, very clean and neat. We would come again if a stay in the area is required.
8.0Location was great for our purpose, very close to the conference we planned to attend. The house was comfortable, cool in the hot weather and quiet throughout our stay. Other guests were friendly and unobtrusive. The manager allowed us garage parking space which was much appreciated. High level of cleanliness throughout.
− The stove and fridge were a good size although the kitchen could do with some knives, forks, spoons,, kitchen utensils, tea towels. The bedroom could do with a small chair perhaps.
