2.0Central location, we felt very safe in the apartment.
− I really hate complaining, I have never given a negative review for anything, but I feel I have to let you know about the following - a genuine list of things that are easily fixable for future guests: - There was no SIM card in the router, so there was no internet and therefore no TV. - the towels were stained - the website said "shampoo provided" - there was one miniscule bottle - for 5 guests. - the apartment slept 5 people, however there were only: 4 mugs, 4 spoons and 3 bowls (we had to take it in turns to eat and drink at breakfast), 3 chairs (they were so wobbly they were dangerous. We repaired them), - the cricket and cutlery were dirty - the apartment was listed as having a lift - it was out of order and beeped all night (you could hear it from the apartment) - my daughter is disabled and they lack of a lift was very difficult. - the apartment was listed as having parking - only later were we told it was over the road and you had to pay for it. - the bin had not been emptied - when we took out bin bag out, ready for the cleaner, underneath it was two old razors and a condom packet. (I promise I am not making this up). These are all such easily and cheaply fixable problems. I really hope they are seen to before your next guests arrive

1.0Nothing - slept fully clothed on top of duvet. Booked 2 night but left after 1. If I just received my refund, I would have not left a bad review.
− Many many reasons - complete misadvertisement. Contact multiple times about a refund, and now being ignored. Will have to go through booking.com to get money back.
