Hotel Review — The Positive Highlights of My Stay Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel, and there were several aspects of my stay that genuinely impressed me. From the hospitality and cleanliness to the breakfast, wellness facilities, and thoughtful room amenities, the hotel deserves recognition for the quality of its services. Staff & Hospitality One of the first things I appreciated was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone I encountered was extremely welcoming, polite, and approachable. Their positive attitude created a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay and made me feel genuinely comfortable. Cleanliness & Housekeeping The cleanliness standards were outstanding. Our room was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-organised, and everything appeared carefully maintained. The same high standards extended beyond the guest rooms to the hotel’s shared facilities, particularly the spa and wellness areas. It was clear that considerable attention was being paid to cleanliness and regular maintenance. Room Amenities & Thoughtful Details I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the room amenities. One surprisingly memorable detail was the quality of the disposable slippers provided by the hotel. Unlike the thin, uncomfortable slippers commonly found in many hotels, these were exceptionally soft, comfortable, and noticeably high-quality. It might seem like a small thing, but the difference was remarkable and genuinely appreciated. The hotel also provided an impressive selection of practical room amenities, including a sewing kit for minor clothing repairs. These thoughtful extras demonstrated a good level of attention to guests’ everyday needs. Spa, Sauna & Turkish Bath The hotel’s wellness facilities were another highlight of my experience. Both the dry sauna and steam room were excellent, and the Turkish bath area was equally enjoyable.

− Areas for Improvement — The Disappointing Parts of My Stay Despite the many positive aspects of this hotel, there were several issues that I believe deserve attention. Some were relatively minor, while others significantly affected my comfort and overall experience. 1. Bed Arrangement — My Biggest Disappointment This was by far the most disappointing aspect of my stay. When booking, I specifically requested a large double bed, as having a proper, comfortable double bed was one of my main priorities. Unfortunately, instead of providing a genuine double bed, the hotel had simply pushed two single beds together to make them appear like one large bed. The problem became particularly noticeable when the two beds started separating in the middle during use, leaving an uncomfortable gap between them, as shown in my attached photograph. This arrangement significantly affected my sleep quality and made it difficult to rest comfortably. What disappointed me even more was the lack of transparency. I would have appreciated being informed beforehand that a genuine double bed was unavailable. Had I known this, I probably would have chosen another hotel, as the bed arrangement was an important factor in my booking decision. I understand that hotels may have limitations regarding room configurations or availability, and that is perfectly reasonable. However, I believe guests deserve clear and accurate information about something as fundamental as the type of bed they are booking. Two single beds pushed together should not be presented as equivalent to a genuine large double bed without clearly informing the guest. This issue was a major disappointment and one of the primary reasons I cannot give the hotel a higher rating. 2. Street Noise — A Significant Issue for Street-Facing Rooms Our room faced the street, and unfortunately, the outside noise was extremely disruptive.

Staff behaviour especially from Taqwa who speaks customer language. Understand their needs and she helped us giving room on back side with no traffic noise.

Comfortable stay

clean roomy space large bathroom excellent shower. comfortable bed window to open. Exceptional breakfast with many choices.

− paper thin walls. could hear the adjacent room snoring. Shampoo and body wash was poor quality. Massage was unavailable. Luggage room was available but required a surcharge!! so didn't use it.
