Hotel nuovo, letti molto comodi e camere spaziose, la recezionista molto disponibile e di aiuto per l'organizzazione di escursioni. Il bus per Belize city ci ha lasciato direttamente davanti all'hotel e cj ha poi raccolto quando siamo ripartiti. Piscina grande e ben tenuta, punto d'arrivo anche di molti uccelli che vengono a rinfrescarsi.

− un po fuori dal centro di San Ignacio, ci si deve spostare in taxi (10 minuti dal centro).

The staff were amazing, all of them including the owner (who personally drove us into town and back one evening for dinner), the amazing women at the front desk, and the dining room staff and cleaning crew. Extraordinarily kind, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to help. We had some food allergies and they made several trips to the store to look for things they could prepare for us and the chef made delicious papusas for us even though they were not on the menu. The rooms were lovely and spacious and clean.

− The hotel is not in town and there's not anything you can easily walk to - not a big problem but best to plan on getting rides into town, picked up for excursions, or just rent a car. We were picked up for excursions and got a couple of rides into town for dinner, easy to arrange with the hotel. There is no elevator, so if stairs are an issue ask about a lower floor.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I had some tours cancel and they helped arrange last minute adventure tours.

− It was little further (not walking distance about 10 minute drive) from San Ignacio than I originally thought.

The pillows, the towels, and the beds are exceptionally clean and very comfortable. They used the best quality microfiber towels. Love them. My kids love the 3 balconies. They said it was the best hotel ever. But even better was the staff. Because of our schedule, we could not do horse bavk riding. on our last day, the owner was supposed to take us to the water taxi terminal, he went above and beyond and took us to do horse back ridding whule he waited over an hour before taking us to the water taxi. The kids love the activity. This is very kind and very much appreciated. I wish Allen the owner well. Because of his kindness, if I have a chance to come back to Belize, I know I will not have to spend time looking for a hotel. I know where I will stay and that is a sure thing. Thank you very much, Allen. The manager, the chef, and the waitress there were all super friendly, too. They gave us a very positive experience on our trip. Oh, I almost forgot, on a Sunday, I could not call taxi to town. Allen drove us there and didn't take our money either. You don't fi d that kind of service anywhere on earth, I can confide try say that.

− Nothing negative about our stay there. We love the staff, the owner, and the very roomy hotel. Guess what? Even though we have not met the ladaly who fixes our room daily, she left us with a very positive impression, too. Every day, the room is very neat, clean, and well organized. We left her tips on night stand, she didt take it. Day 2, we put double tips on the pillow, she moved to the nightstand, she still didn't take it. On our checkout day, we quadrupple it, and this time, she cant give it back to us anymore. Very honest.
