− The cleaning was so bad imagine on your arrival the shower ,toilet and basin were dirty The cutlery was not well cleaned kettle had watermark Linen had stains and pillow cases were toned

− Room was not prepared as booked. No remote to enter complex. 1 glass for 3 guests? Can't get into shower. Uncomfortable beds.
