Ok-ish, fresh and overpriced.
7.0- Nice location - Very nice and helpful host - Comfortable beds - Fresh and new - Natural light in the bathroom
− - Very overpriced for what is offered, in my opinion. This is a premium price for an average apartment. - The apartment feels cold and not cozy, lacking any sense of warmth or a “home” feeling. Furniture and decoration feel cheap. - Dark on the lower floor (living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom) - Noticeable noise from the street in both bedrooms (the upper bedroom is slightly better and acceptable). The apartment is located on a busy one-way street, and most windows face directly onto it. - The internet was fast, but often unreliable. Even with a strong signal, the connection frequently did not work well. - Very cold in terms of temperature, this was the first time in my 4-week stay in Tenerife that I had to use the heating - Empty balconies

10.0Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und verfügt über eine Heizung, welche in den kühleren Monaten von Nutzen sein kann. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt. Viele tolle Restaurants und Läden in kurzer Gehdistanz.
