OK base for exploring Penang - if you have a vehicle.
7.0Very nice view. Unit was basic, but as described.
− Needed minor maintenance. We didn't have as much trouble with elevators as others have reported, but there was a short wait occasionally at busy times.
Not clean (dead cockroach) but you get living space
5.0This unit gives you the space as it has 3 bedrooms. Also, owner sounds like a nice person.
− Not clean. Was trying to close one eye when I found fake eyelashes all over the apartment. Literally on the curtains, mirror and floor. But only on my last day, I found a dead cockroach ,big one, under the living room sofa ! Which mean, their team didn't clean the house thoroughly. I also found sharp pin on the floor,Not to forget ants colony near the sink .
