The penthouse that will pull us back to another Bath stay
10.0The stylish penthouse definitely lived upto its title. Excellent communication with the owner. Wonderful to have a car park space. Apartment is top floor - up stairs to the top floor. Its duplex so you go in where the 3 immaculate bedrooms (one has a most wonderful ensuite) are based along with a utility room and a full bathroom. The bedrooms are a great size. You go up an internal stair case into the most wonderful kitchen and seating area. Kitchen had it all if you wish to cater at the penthouse which with a hot tub and a wine fridge and we were lucky to have the sunshine meant we did use the facilities. The owner leaves a detailed guide to appliances along with lots of detail on Bath itself. Owner has the hot tub prepared for you and there is outdoor seating with wonderful views over to the centre of Bath. For shopping there is a supermarket near which is walkable. Centre of Bath to walk was about 10 mins probs quicker if you are a quick walker.
Good spacious property, great location with parking. Only takes 10 minutes to walk to central Bath.
