Perfect comfortable stay in Whitley Bay.
9.0The property was in excellent condition, with good amenities and clean rooms. The property was very close to both Whitley Bay and Cullercoats sea front, as well as small co-op close by. Staff were very supportive with any issues raised and the rooms were safe and comfortable.
− The washing machine broke, which we managed without. The property owner did try to send someone to fix it, but we were there only a short time, so it didn’t matter much.
This apartment provided us with a good stay in a great seaside town.
7.0Location great and helpful host. Large bedroom and comfortable king size bed.
− Bathroom difficult to manoeuvre. Lounge floor could be improved if laminate flooring similar to that in the bedroom be laid for hygiene reasons. Sofa not overly comfortable.

10.0This is a lovely apartment in a great location. It is spacious with good facilities such as ironing board, washing machine, coffee machine, throws, tea, coffee etc. The bed was very comfortable and there was a huge amount of storage. It was really warm & cosy during the recent snow and ice. The small back yard is ideal for dogs. The kitchen & bathroom were really nice and when we had an issue with the shower thermostat, Raymond and his team responded immediately and a whole new shower was installed!! The customer service has been excellent throughout and we will definitely book here again and also check out their other accommodations.
− It would be nice if there was a rug in the bedroom to make it more cosy, and I do prefer for there to be curtains as well as blinds on a bedroom window, especially when you are on the ground floor at the front of a property.
