Not recommended because of caretaker

The location was nice, interior of the villa was very well thought of.

− The care taker was not cooperative , and the common areas were not cleaned time to time. We had mentioned that we will be cooking for our toddlers, yet the caretaker would always intervene and tell us that cooking is not allowed, in a rude way

Overall a good stay, but with a few inconveniences.

Caretaker services (Vinod & family were available just a call away, regardless of the time), nice interior decor, indoor games, etc

− Overall, the stay was good, but seems a bit overpriced, considering the facts that some of the things are not up to the mark or quality standards, which includes bathroom fittings, entire villa's electrical fittings, TVs & remotes not working properly, lot of insects & dust, AC leakages, swimming pool hygiene, the living room area was quite warm/hot as there's no AC available in it. The place/location is very far from the Mandwa Port & Alibaug and also too secluded, no plug points in the kids' room to even charge a phone or ipads/laptops or even putting up a night lamp, one of the balconies & even a couple of bathroom spaces can be easily be viewed by a neighbouring house thus compromising the privacy, vehicle had to be parked outside & therefore unsure of it's safety during the night, and a few other things needless to be mentioned here.
