Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended
9.0Owners are Super helpful and excellent communication throughout. We arrived at midnight on New Year’s Day, but the check-in process was incredibly smooth. The family room is great size and comfortably accommodated all four of us. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept well. Breakfast was delicious, and our kids especially loved it. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcomings stay.

− The toilet and bathroom , the water did not flow out, toilet seat was not properly fixed. It was clean but having a bath was a problem with the water not flowing out.

8.0Very nice staff and very clean room. I had to shorten my stay by one night and they agreed without charging for the night I cancelled. Good location close to the beach and a great seafood restaurant nearby.
− There was a large, what looked like an XL Bully Dog on the property, only separated by a waist high gate, and it was barking aggressively when people entered and left the property. It made me feel nervous and uncomfortable. If you have a fobia of large dogs or are travelling with children, i would give this place a miss.
Great accomodation with friendly owners
10.0We had a wonderful stay at this homestay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The owners were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything needed. The breakfast was excellent, delicious and plentiful with multiple options! The location is great, train station is very near so it’s a great option to stay before heading to the beaches in the southern part of the country. I highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future.

− This feedback to owners not complaining if they were like do it. 1.In toilet after using the wet towel, no rack hangs for dry. 2. This 1st hotel in srilanka has not provided fruits for breakfast.. request the owner add fruits 👎 then I bought myself my own fruits, eat with my breakfast.. It is not for hotel booking.

10.0We read a few bad reviews before we stayed but they were so unfair! The owners were away but they contacted me by wattsapp as soon as we arrived and were always available. Pushpa who was working at the hotel was an absolute joy and helped us in any way we wanted - including moving rooms so we could be at the back of the house which I recommend to watch wildlife. Centrally located, easy to pay - card or cash offered with no additional charges for card. Nice breakfast. Were able to get into room early. No fridge in room but we were able to use the large fridge in the kitchen. Would happily stay again.
