− The door locks need to be re done . It is very hard to open unless there is a specific technique to open it . I struggled. The cups were not washed. Did not use the fridge, could do with a deep clean.

− Hemen odanın yanınd bulunan kapının önü oldukça pisti. Ayrıca karşı odadan yoğun kötü bir koku geliyordu. Odanın yan tarafında n çok fazla ses geliyordu. En rahatsız edici şey kesinlikle merdiven boyunca yayılan ve karşıdan geldiğini düşündüğüm o acı yoğun baharat gibi kokuydu.oda içi her ne kadar konforlu olsa da bu olumsuzluklar oldukça rahatsızlık vericiydi.

Great location and kind host but very unpleasant due to cleanliness

The location is great and close to everything. It’s easy to go into London and even if you choose not to, there’s tons to do in Kingston.

− We ended up checking in earlier than we arranged by accident. Then got in touch with the host, who was very nice and asked us to leave our things in the room so he could get it cleaned. Once it was ready, he kindly let us know. However, the bedding had not been changed, and the studio flat was overall very dirty. So, we chose to buy our own bedding to feel comfortable. Once you enter the building, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell in the hall/stairway throughout our entire stay. The location and the host were nice, but the studio was extremely dirty even after it was “cleaned”. The bed sheets and the comforter cover not being changed before our arrival was the biggest unpleasant experience.
