− The property was in an unacceptable condition when I arrived. The accommodation was dirty, the shower was cold, and the shower tray wasn’t empty — it was filled with dirt underneath. As someone who runs my own air b&b cleaning service, I know the standard that holiday accommodation should meet, and this fell far below it.Despite this, my deposit was not returned after my stay. I stayed at the property two weeks ago and contacted the host several times through the platform. Booking.com also contacted them on my behalf. Only after filing a formal claim with Booking.com was I told that my deposit would be refunded today.This situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience, and I expect the refund to be processed promptly.

4.0Located near the city and parking after 6pm. Kitchenette well stocked. Good sized sofa bed.
− Studio was tatty, stank of weed, had broken tiles in bathroom, shower mastic and aqua boards were badly fitted. Not enough towels provided. Parking on surrounding roads only available after certain times.
