Review: "Our family recently stayed at the Prince Castle Serviced Apartments (4BHK & 2BHK) for three days, and it was an absolutely pleasant experience. It truly felt like a home away from home! The highlight of our stay was the exceptional hospitality provided by Mr. Akhtar. He is incredibly kind, down-to-earth, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable trip. Not only did he make sure all amenities were perfectly arranged, but he also made our vacation seamless by providing a great tour itinerary and excellent local restaurant recommendations. He even took the extra step of booking our airport cab on our checkout day. The caretaker lady was also wonderful and very attentive to our family's daily needs. The apartment is situated in a peaceful, family-friendly locality, with major tourist attractions conveniently located nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed all three days of our stay and are so grateful to Mr. Akhtar for his wonderful service. I highly recommend the Prince Castle serviced apartments to anyone visiting Hyderabad. Our family stayed in the 4BHK units for three days, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. The level of service provided by Mr. Akhtar was remarkable. He is a very grounded and helpful host who ensured our comfort by providing excellent amenities, a well-planned tour itinerary, and superb restaurant suggestions. He even managed our airport transfer on the final day. The caretaker on site was equally helpful and attentive. The property is situated in a great locality that is perfectly suited for families, offering easy access to nearby tourist attractions. We loved our stay and sincerely thank Mr. Akhtar and his team for making our trip so memorable.

A journey can truly be enjoyed only when there is a peaceful and safe place to stay. When traveling to Hyderabad with my family, I had concerns about finding a good hotel. But this prince castle serviced 4-bed apartment cleared away all those worries by providing us with a safe and comfortable stay. Good service, cleanliness, and easy access to everywhere. Altogether, it gave us a really nice feel. Thank you. Prince castle serviced apartment

Well equipped apartment. Warm showers, comfy beds, a lot of space. Owner helpful, always available. Staff is a family that is living on the first floor. (They don’t speak English, but we managed to communicate somehow.) We could store our luggage on the day of departure. Located in the old city between airport and ‚city center‘, not the best area, but it’s easy to get everywhere with an Uber. Zoological garden nearby.

− The pictures were probably taken some time ago. The apartment is in a more shabby condition now. The owner reached out to us a week before arrival and wanted us to transfer the money in advance. (Usually you pay on arrival.) It happened a few times, that a staff member had to enter one of the bedrooms to get things out of the cupboards which are stored there. Unusual in our perspective. There is only a thick blanket on the beds. Especially one of them looked and smelled as if it hadn’t been washed for a long time. A fresh cover would be a good alternative. (This was the main reason why two people of our group left the apartment and went to a hotel.) We wanted our laundry to be done at the place the owner was recommending. They said we will get back the clothes in the evening. We didn’t. In the morning they said they‘d bring it in „5 minutes“. After one hour they were still not there and we left. For Europeans it is better to tell „the truth“ - in that case that it will take more time. We hadn’t been waisted our time with waiting.

A comfortable and welcoming stay with great hospitality. Would definitely recommend to others.

Apartment was clean, cozy and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Property owner Akhtar ensured our comfort and provided guidance on tourist attractions and best places to have food.
