− Assenza in area living di condizionatore, l unico indizio attore presente era in camera da letto che nelle giornate più calde non riusciva a raffrescare tutta la casa. Le boccette del Condizionatore non erano state pulite (si presentavano nere), dubito sia stata fatta l’igienizzazione semestrale come da normativa.
