It was great the area has no service for Tmobile but I used the Wassup app, the hearing on the house was very low it sta
7.0Beds, it feels homey. Everything you need close to you at reach , the patios.
− Could’ve been cleaner, mop wise, it was dusty in lot areas on hardwood floors, no trash bags were left except the one on the trash can for extra use we used our own groceries bag, no bath soap left in the upstaries bathroom shampoo and conditioner yes wrre there, overall just the cleanliness could’ve been better.

7.0Cozy, close to the Lake, lodge amenities, bathrooms stocked well. Property owner/contact was very responsive.
− Very close to street. no standard coffeemaker, only Keurig, but no coffee pods, was not listed specifically for us to prepare. Fire pit provided was unusable-full of leaves and rain and too wet to use. No wood available, and we were not aware of need to bring it. Luckily our neighbor let us use his fire pit.

It served its purpose. We were just there for 2 nights so we stayed outside as long as possible.
4.0Location great. Very close to Bryce Mountain resort.
− The main living area was small, which is OK. But the wood stove, which is maybe 12” from the couch is as full of burnt ashes. And the smell of burnt wood permeates the living area. It was horrid. You couldn’t sit there for long without getting a migraine. The bathtub upstairs had lots of bugs in it. It makes you feel the place wasn’t clean.
