2.0The location is good as we could cover cornwall coastline quite well.
− The shower was choked, even after raising a complaint on the day when we found out no action was taken. In a coastal town with hot weather shower not working was a complete mood spoiler. There was no dishwasher tablets, scrub pad wasn’t available, kitchen roll was missing. The bedroom wasn’t clean, there were hair all over the linen.

4.0− Property was not well maintained. Pillow, towels weee dirty. There were no proper basic amenities arranged before our arrival. Customer support team was helpful but has taken hell lot of time.

7.0It's was easy accessible, peaceful and great location. The flat is a nice size amd everything you need
− The bed was uncomfortable and smaller than expected, cleanliness could of been a little better as floor and skirting boards were quite dusty and floor didn't seemed to have been mopped and also the shower head was damaged
