− There were some insects but later they cleaned the room

1.0− I reserved a standard AC room and even called ahead to confirm my arrival time. Yet, when I arrived, they told me no rooms were available because they had given ours to other guests who arrived earlier. When I questioned their reasoning, they didn't even bother to answer. Instead, the receptionist showed me a filthy, uncleaned, non-AC room that looked like it had been used as a storeroom or bathroom. I immediately rejected it and left. I didn't even bother arguing since it was already midnight. It was a complete waste of time and effort.
