− very dirty pet fur everywhere, felt uncomfortable knowing that pets are in the house and not cleaned properly

− Some issues with hot water running out as solar heated. Fixed after a couple of calls to management group with simple switch to booster. This fix wasn't mentioned in property description but I believe this has since been amended.
