10.0Came with parking permit and space to park closeby. Good instructions and communication by host. Easy walking distance from to town centre. Despite being next to a road and train line it was peaceful and quiet - didn't hear trains or traffic at all.

Lovely spacious 1 bedroom, close to the center and with included parking.
8.0Great location, very central, literally 5 mins from the central station but also easy to access if coming by car (and the parking is right next to the flat so didn't have to carry my luggage up any hills). Very spacious room, good size kitchen, well equipped for a few days of stay. The neighbourhood is quiet as it's outside the party/touristy area (right across the river), but the traffic noise can get loud even in the night, as it's very close to the train tracks (but just pack earplugs). The included parking was a real bargain as I was staying for a few days and Bath is ridiculously expensive for that.
Great value. Fantastic unit if you want something outside the main city but a short walk.
