9.0De ligging van het huis! De ruimte, zowel binnen als buiten.
− De binnenverlichting was niet sfeervol, voornamelijk lampen aan het plafond in de woonkamer. Er was niets aanwezig op het gebied van levensmiddelen (zout, peper, olie ed.) en toiletartikelen (douchegel, shampoo). Dat komen we in veel goedkopere huizen vaak wél tegen. De open haard heeft een lawaaiige ventilator.

− Esta un poco apartado y las carreteras algo incomodas para llegar, pero es comprensible para poder tener esas vistas!

9.0Perfect location with amazing view on the Lima river valley,, easy check-in procedure with keybox, very clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, nice garden with clean and illuminated swimming pool, well equiped kitchen, nice terrace with garden furniture.
− The heatng is insufficient in winter and early spring when outside temperatures drop to 8°C. Even with the fireplace, the house is not comfortably warm at night..
