− La comunicazione (eccessiva ed inutile) con l'agenzia che gestisce la villa - nemmeno l'orario di arrivo sono riusciti a comunicare all'host! Senza di lui, con le sole indicazioni di Stay Vista, non ci saremmo mai arrivati! Mai più con loro, pessima comunicazione anche sulla dotazione della villa. Meno male che l'host ha colmato tutte le lacune.
