Beautiful swimming pool and lovely mature trees surrounding property. Be aware that you are isolated part of Ibiza- and it’s a 10 minute walk to a cute and well stocked little supermarket. The Booking.com address is inaccurate which led to a lot of confusion for our taxi driver.

− The main issue that we had was plumbing related. No water pressure when we arrived and a plumber came to fix this. Then on the fourth night we discovered a flood through one of the bedrooms and into the hall which we contacted property manager about. We couldn’t use that bedroom and had to check until early hours of the morning to make sure it hadn’t got worse after turning off the main bathroom toilet water supply. The place was generally under stocked (eg no aoaps provided in bathrooms, no firewood for bbq). Washing machine didn’t work well (jammed door) and no separate clothes line (just a small rack), rank pillows with mould on them (photo attached) . We felt we had payed a significant amount of money and there was a lack of glasswear especially champagne glasses. The property manager turned up later with dishcloths and wine glasses as they were originally only two wine glasses for a group of nine of us.

Very nice Villa

Excellent and would love to stay again!

The Villa was very spacious and perfect for a big group. It had everything we needed. Very private and secure. Ralph was an excellent host and was very accommodating to requests and quick to respond. The whole place was incredible and we would love to stay again.
